Suitable for men and women of all ages and is recommended in conjunction with excercise. It can also provide dietary support to safeguard the vitamin levels of those who may be following a diet plan.

Four capsules per day with a main meal. Swallow with a cold glass of water or cold drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Contains antioxidants to help protect against the extra free-radicals produced in exercise, plus iron for blood formation. Contains ingredients for the release of energy from protein, carbohydrate and fat.

Tonalin CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) derived from the safflower plant, chromium, cinnamon bark, papaya extract, Co-Q10 and many other vitamins and minerals.
