PRESCRIPTIONS - NHS PRESCRIPTIONS - NHS

If you would like totalpharmacy.co.uk to dispense your NHS prescription and you are eligible for free prescriptions then just fill in the back of the prescription, sign it and post it to us at our FREEPOST address. There is NO CHARGE unless your dispensed medication is very heavy or you are not eligible for free prescriptions. We will despatch the same day we receive the prescription.

If you are not eligible for free prescriptions click HERE.

It is a requirement of the Medicines Act that we are in possession of the original prescription (not a faxed copy or scanned document) signed by a UK registered medical practitioner.

You may download our FREEPOST address label (PDF format) and print your envelope, which will be treated as first class post.
