Our Repeat Prescription Request Service (RPRS) enables patients to request their repeat medication confidentially on-line via our website.

We collect prescriptions daily from Axminster surgery. We can arrange to collect prescriptions from other Doctors surgeries. To find out if we collect from yours please contact us.

To register for this service simply download an application form (PDF format), fill in your details, then either bring it in to the pharmacy or put it in the post to us.

Once registered and when you require some medication simply login to the system and submit your medication request. You will then be sent an e-mail within 3-4 working days letting you know when your prescription has been dispensed and is ready for collection from the pharmacy.

For those patients who are unable to visit the pharmacy we also offer a free delivery service* - you would be notified by e-mail of an approximate delivery time i.e. am or pm.

* Please note that delivery service is only available to eligible customers and is restricted to a limited delivery area. Please ask the Pharmacist for more details.
