Qlaira is the only combined oral contraceptive licensed for heavy menstrual bleeding in women needing contraception. Reductions in menstrual blood loss are significant (median reduction of 88%), rapid and sustained. Qlaira provides a unique combination providing effective contraception and good cycle control.

Directions

Take ONE Qlaira pill every day with no pill break between packs.

It is important that Qlaira pills are taken in the correct order starting at 1 and going through to 28.

If there is a delay of more than 12 hours in taking a Qlaira pill, patients should refer to the missed pill advice found underneath the weekday sticker sheet in the pack.
