Our store software bases your shipping charge on the total weight of your order.

The shipping price displayed is an estimate of the likely shipping charge you will pay if you choose our standard UK service. Once you login to your account, your shipping will be displayed correctly for your shipping destination as you commence checkout. For example, customers in the Channel Islands will have the shipping redisplayed without any VAT component.

If your order contains only zero-rated items e.g. private prescription drugs, you will not pay VAT on the shipping and the estimated shipping price will be shown ex-VAT

Orders containing a mix of VAT ratable and non-VAT ratable items are eligible for VAT on the shipping.

Orders over £40 and below 1.50Kg are eligible for FREE shipping. Orders over £40 and exceeding 1.50Kg attract a shipping surcharge. This surcharge is currently equal to the standard shipping charge for the order weight, less £3.48

Smaller items are sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded and larger items by courier. Both will require a signature on receipt.

Customers in the Republic of Ireland will be presented with shipping costs during the checkout process.

UK and Channel Island customers may also choose Royal Mail Special Delivery as a premium option.
